規劃、執行並推動通路展業支援所需銷售工具，包含商品建議書、輔銷線上服務等，協助通路展業工具系統開發及流程導入，確保展業工作使用運作順暢。
負責新/既有通路合作與管理作業，有效統籌管理通路問題，於通路期望的時程內，回饋並提供整合性解決方案。

工作內容:

• 規劃並執行通路展業支援所需銷售工具專案，透過系統功能建置，協助展業發展
• 了解使用者需求，提出系統改善方案，優化流程，並撰寫相關需求文件及執行系統測試工作。
• 依PIC排程及通路商品上下架時程，與商品管理、資訊、法令遵循、行銷文宣、保單規劃等部門密切合作，設計符合法規與集團要求的商品建議書供合作通路使用
• 推動合作對象銷售工具使用並提出符合通路需求解決方案。
• 維護相關作業、辦法及相關政策，符合實務及法令規範。
• 其他主管交付之專案及任務

需求條件:

• 學歷：大學以上，管理或理工學院，保險、企業管理或資訊相關科系尤佳。
• 專業知識／能力： 具Excel函數設計、系統需求彙整及專案規劃與管理能力 。英文能力(讀/寫)應具中等能力。
• 工作經驗：2年以上保險行政/系統規劃經驗，熟悉保險商品知識及具通路工作經驗者尤佳。
