Web Optimization Specialist

We’re looking for a Web Optimization Specialist to shape and deliver high-quality digital experiences across our online products and platforms.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the creative vision for our web presence, ensuring content, design, and user experience are consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand and business objectives. You’ll guide the development of digital content and help maintain high standards across all online touchpoints.

You’ll lead the planning and delivery of web projects, managing timelines, production schedules, and quality assurance to ensure work is delivered to a high standard. Working closely with creative and technical leads, you’ll contribute to overall digital strategy and help translate ideas into effective, user-focused solutions.

You’ll oversee the production of online content from concept through to launch and ongoing optimization (both standard search and AI Optimization, including updates and enhancements. Acting as a key point of coordination, you’ll work across marketing, product management, partnerships, and development teams to bring together different perspectives and deliver a cohesive end-product.

This role requires confidence in working with established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve how work is delivered. You’ll use sound judgment to manage priorities, solve problems, and ensure projects stay on track.

Strong collaboration is essential. You’ll build effective working relationships across teams and may also engage with external partners and technology providers where needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. digital media, marketing, communications) or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in digital content, web production, or user experience
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$85,700.00-112,700.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information regarding bonus eligibility and benefits offerings.
