We are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Intern to support strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Support the Procurement and Purchasing team on key transformation initiatives.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools to enhance supply chain performance.
Assist in reviewing and optimizing strategic sourcing processes.
Observe and support commercial contract negotiations and evaluations.
Compile and analyze the costs of certain expenditure areas
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, law, or a related field.
Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
