Maintain and improve the performance of assets and value chain opportunities across upstream, midstream, downstream and innovation landscape to meet business unit and Chevron objectives.

This position provides advanced commercial, analytical, and strategic support to Chevron’s Upstream Commercial activities in China. The role supports value‑maximizing commercial outcomes across Chevron’s China portfolio, with a primary focus on gas commercialization, offshore PSCs, legacy issue resolution, and support to new business and strategic evaluations.

The position works closely with BAEC Commercial and Upstream Commercial leadership and interfaces regularly with internal stakeholders (Upstream, Finance, Enterprise Optimization, Supply & Trading, Legal, and Corporate Strategy) as well as external counterparties, including joint‑venture partners and national oil companies. The role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
