Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Buyer 1, Aftersales to join our team in Franklin, TN.
In this role, you’ll support a defined group of commodities by partnering with subject matter experts to drive sourcing initiatives and cost reductions, analyze data to inform recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
You’ll track and report on key metrics, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and prepare timely, accurate presentations.
A Day in the Life

Lead sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating pricing, managing suppliers, and developing strategic sourcing plans.
Analyze supplier options and data to recommend competitive sourcing decisions and support cost reduction initiatives.
Manage contracts, purchase orders, and cost changes while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address issues related to quality, cost, delivery, and design.
Track performance against departmental goals, validate savings data, maintain reporting systems, and initiate actions to meet targets and deadlines.
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
0-2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, SCM, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
