About the Team
Lowe’s Media Network leverages Lowe’s best-in-class marketing and creative services to help clients identify, craft and execute insights-driven omni-channel campaigns. LMN Trafficking team leverage digital marketing channels to drive in-store and online traffic, deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability by creating programs from concept to design, or optimizing current programs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Media Planning Analyst to support our Retail Media business by developing data-driven media plans that drive measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on translating advertiser goals into effective media strategies, tracking performance against key retail metrics, and delivering compelling insights that help grow advertiser investment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end media strategies for advertisers within the retail media ecosystem (onsite, offsite, sponsored products, display, etc.)
- Align media plans with advertiser objectives such as sales growth, new customer acquisition, and brand visibility
- Track and analyze retail and media performance metrics including ROAS, sales lift, conversion rates, basket size, and customer acquisition
- Partner with sales and account management teams to identify growth opportunities and increase advertiser investment
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign optimization
- Support test-and-learn agendas (incrementality, A/B testing) to prove media effectiveness
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and surface actionable insights
- Stay updated on retail media trends, ad tech, and measurement best practices.
Years of Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in media planning, performance marketing, retail media, or marketing analytics
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems and digital advertising channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect media performance to business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on data storytelling and stakeholder influence
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Experience working with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc. or similar)
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and shopper behavior
- Experience with SQL or large datasets
- Exposure to sales/advertiser-facing roles
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
