Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the operations and performance of two Energy Center plants providing 300MW+ of reliable energy in an off-grid installation.

You will be the management lead, responsible for coordination with Scale Microgrids staff, the O&M provider, and LTSA providers to ensure effective and safe plant operations. The power purchasing agreement for this facility is performance-based, with financial penalties tied to system availability and uptime guarantees.

You will lead and direct a team of operators and maintenance personnel and ultimately be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted utility service delivery at optimal performance and efficiency, while proactively preventing reliability guarantee breaches.

The role reports to our Sr. Director, Data Center Asset Management, and needs to be based in/near New Albany, Ohio.
