Your Role
Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. Marketing Coordinators produce and support the production of materials that contribute to Gensler’s client development efforts. They work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.

What You Will Do
- Work with and support other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
- Participate in pursuit strategy and planning
- Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
- Understand and learn Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and firm wide capabilities
- Maintain resources & information systems including resumes, case stories, and marketing drive organization
- Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy efforts
Your Qualifications
- 1-5 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications position, with a design or professional services / AEC firm experience is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
- Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong graphic communication and design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office is required

**The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-80,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
