This position offers: 

• Starting pay of $23.00/hr. up to top pay of $32.46/hr.*  
• Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential 

*additional shift differential for off-shifts

General Purpose of the Position:

Operate dyno according to engine specification, troubleshoot any issues effectively to meet customer expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hook engine to dyno and operate test equipment
• Record data and trouble shoot engine and facility issues
• Perform any necessary repairs and unhook engine
• Fill out daily paperwork and production boards
• 5S Audit and daily checklist
• Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions)
• Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight)
• Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities

Qualifications – 6-8 bullets recommended

• Engine overhaul experience helpful
• Understanding of engine operation
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent written communication and record keeping skills
• Knowledge of gauges and basic hand tools
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
• Established satisfactory attendance
• Established satisfactory performance record
• Customer driven and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Must possess basic computer knowledge
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Plus requires heavy torqueing up to and including 240 ft.lbs
