This position offers:
- Starting pay of $23.00/hr. up to top pay of $32.46/hr.*
- Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential
*additional shift differential for off-shifts

General Purpose of the Position:
Operate dyno according to engine specification, troubleshoot any issues effectively to meet customer expectations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hook engine to dyno and operate test equipment
- Record data and trouble shoot engine and facility issues
- Perform any necessary repairs and unhook engine
- Fill out daily paperwork and production boards
- 5S Audit and daily checklist
- Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions)
- Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight)
- Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities
Qualifications – 6-8 bullets recommended
- Engine overhaul experience helpful
- Understanding of engine operation
- Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written communication and record keeping skills
- Knowledge of gauges and basic hand tools
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Established satisfactory attendance
- Established satisfactory performance record
- Customer driven and good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Plus requires heavy torqueing up to and including 240 ft.lbs
