Ken Garff Volkswagen Southtowne, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
- Audit freight bills against freight manifests
- Answer all vendor inquiries
- Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
- Prepare accounts payable checks
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
- Assist in monthly closings
- Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver
- Advanced computer skills
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
