About the Role
You will operate as a forward-deployed product owner embedded with customers—responsible for identifying high-impact problems, designing AI agent workflows, and driving them into production. You own both defining the right solution and ensuring it is delivered successfully.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and prioritize use cases: Work directly with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows
- Lead discovery and design workshops: Uncover pain points, map processes, and define clear problem statements and success criteria
- Design agent workflows: Translate business needs into structured agent behaviors, requirements, and system logic
- Own end-to-end execution: Drive delivery across engineering, customers, and internal teams
- Coordinate delivery: Manage sequencing, dependencies, and timelines to ensure steady, predictable progress
- Manage risk and quality: Surface risks early, propose mitigations, and maintain high delivery standards
- Drive iteration and outcomes: Monitor performance post-launch and refine solutions based on real-world usage
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
- 4–7 years of experience in customer-facing or hybrid roles (product, solutions, implementation, consulting)
- Experience leading discovery sessions or workshops and translating business needs into structured requirements
- Strong execution skills with ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML products, automation tools, or workflow systems
- Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent-based systems
- Exposure to product or service design methodologies
Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.
