A Day in the Life

In this role, you will support the Web and Content Operations team in coordinating website localization and translation processes across multiple European markets. You will work closely with the web team, marketing teams, and country stakeholders to help manage content updates, track project progress, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of website materials.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the coordination of tasks across platforms such as AEM and Workfront, contributing to efficient content operations and website management. In the process, you will gain hands-on experience in digital content operations, website localization, and project coordination in an international environment.

Internship details:

• Start date: August/September 2026
• Location: Madrid, Spain
• Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
• Internship agreement

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Work closely with the web team, marketing teams, content owners, and other internal stakeholders.

• Help coordinate web, translation, and localization activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (country marketing teams, reviewers) to track project status.

• Manage tasks and processes across different platforms (translation platform, AEM, Workfront) and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Work with project managers and the web team to prioritize and organize workloads.

• Collaborate with country marketers to populate the website with existing materials.

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated or in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, Marketing or other related fields 

•Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies

• Experience working with multiple teams in a matrix organization

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

 

Would be a plus:

• Experience or exposure to project or task management

• Interest in or experience with website management

• Experience with AEM DAM
