Job Description
As a Product Manager Senior Lead, you set product vision and strategy for complex commercial solutions serving enterprise clients. You own outcomes across the full product lifecycle, balancing customer value, regulatory requirements, and business performance. You operate with significant autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable market impact.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmaps aligned to commercial objectives
- Lead discovery using customer research, market analysis, and data to identify high‑value opportunities
- Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs with clear outcomes, success metrics, and trade‑off decisions
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, risk, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Drive alignment with executive stakeholders through clear narratives, data, and business cases
- Manage product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and financial metrics to guide decisions
- Anticipate regulatory, operational, and market impacts affecting commercial products
- Mentor and guide product managers, elevating product management practices and standards
- Represent the product externally with customers and partners as a subject‑matter leader
- Advanced product management expertise delivering complex B2B or commercial technology products
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong skills in customer discovery, data analysis, and translating insights into product decisions
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without authority
- Proven ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and decision‑making skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with commercial banking, payments, or financial services platforms
- Familiarity with modern product analytics, experimentation, and outcome‑based delivery models
- Experience scaling products across multiple markets or client segments
- Knowledge of agile and lean product development practices
- Experience coaching or managing other product managers
