Job Description – Business Analyst NS - CCT
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,
- Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking
- Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira.
- Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively.
- Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication.
- Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed.
