What you'll be doing…

As the product demand marketing manager, you will play a critical role within the Growth Marketing team, directly supporting the Associate Director, GE & PS Product Demand Campaigns. You will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, that can include focusing on Managed Network Services, IoT/FWA, Private Wireless Network and other advanced solutions. You will serve as a central point of coordination between product, marketing, sales, and solutions teams.

Develop messaging that highlights Verizon's unique value and addresses customer concerns. Create and implement a strategic marketing plan focused on high-potential customers and markets. 

  • Support the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and segment marketing, to guarantee campaign success.

  • Establish campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging strategies based on data-driven insights and market research.

  • Advise product and product marketing teams on key customer and market trends, customer product needs and requirements, and customer-facing and sales enablement content.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between product, marketing, sales, and solutions.

  • Proactively engage with product, sales, segment marketing, and solutions teams to assess opportunity for product growth  among key segments.

  • Develop briefs and plans for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure clear communication channels and regular governance processes with all stakeholders.

  • Provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and results.

  • Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve marketing efforts.

  • Track and measure performance against key metrics.

  • Messaging and creative guidance

What we're looking for…

  • Experience in B2B marketing solutions development and execution.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and business results.

  • Understanding of marketing best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and lead generation.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong cross functional leadership skills. 

  • Strategy development skills

  • Ability to analyze business metrics.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo

  • Experience with with tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, or data visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlik and Looker

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing campaigns
