Tencent Games Venture Labs is a global publishing and innovation group that helps game studios unlock their full potential and reach players worldwide. We support developers with dev, marketing, and operational expertise - from strategy and insights to go-to-market execution. Our goal is to help great games find their audience and grow through smart publishing and strong collaboration.
Role Purpose
Lead Studios' global creator strategy - driving visibility and engagement through influencer activations that combine creativity, authenticity, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the global creator activation strategy, optimizing for organic discoverability and platform algorithms.
Deliver creative concepts that break through the noise and stay ahead of trends across paid and organic campaigns.
Select and manage creator partnerships across tiers and regions, including top AAA influencers.
Set campaign KPIs, track performance, and feed learnings into GTM strategy.
Act as bridge between creative production, social, and comms teams.
Who We Look For
Must-Have Experience
6–8+ years managing influencer campaigns for gaming or entertainment.
Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-region creator activations.
Experience with both paid and organic influencer programs.
Estbalished relationship to influencer and agency ecosystems in EU and NA.
Personal Attributes
Bold, experimental mindset.
Mix of strategic and hands-on execution.
Strong mentor and motivator for junior team members.
The expected base pay range for this position in Poland listed above is PLN 228,000.00 to PLN 434,400.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign-on payment, relocation package, variable payment, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
