The objective of this role is to monitor and control daily production execution, ensuring stability, resolving delays, tracking breakdowns, and supporting OEE improvement. The role ensures that planned production translates into actual performance with minimum losses.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate daily production tracking: Daily production result reporting, delays, breakdown analysis.
Reduction of stoppages: Monitoring main breakdowns, coordinating with maintenance
Controlled WIP and stock: Tracking plastic & hemming stocks, special activity plans.
Accurate KPI reporting: Achievement report closing, KPI tracking, OEE dashboard
Strong team alignment: Weekly meetings, daily shift follow-up
Process improvement: Identifying losses, proposing solutions
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or relevant
0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong process management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,).
Fluency in English and Arabic.
