The Project Administrator and Analyst collaborate with the Director of Non-Brokerage Revenue and the Billing team to manage administrative tasks for finance projects.

This role ensures timely dedication to overall finance projects while partnering with business operations, HR, and finance to resolve issues and educate stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate project meetings and working sessions, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and maintenance of project calendars.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as process maps, SOPs, requirements notes, training materials, and change communications.
  • Support testing activities by preparing test scripts and plans, coordinating UAT, tracking defects through resolution, and completing readiness checklists.
  • Compile, analyze, and report data to support project governance and decision-making, including KPI dashboards, reconciliations, and issue trend analysis.
  • Manage project tools and controls by maintaining Jira tickets, documentation repositories, version control, and RAID logs, while supporting stakeholder communications and status reporting.

About You:

  • Proven ability to document end-to-end processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and testable scenarios.
  • Experience supporting projects through coordination, documentation management, and follow-up on action items.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across finance, HR, and operations stakeholders.
