The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Redwood RMJ Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

The role requires a strong background in CPS or Redwood RMJ batch job administration. As a Redwood RMJ Analyst, you will work closely with multiple SAP process and technical teams to understand business requirements and support issue resolution and incident management within the RMJ application. This includes batch jobs related to S/4HANA, GTS, and public cloud solutions such as SAP BTP, IBP, and Ariba.

You will also be responsible for day-to-day batch job operations, including regular job handling, monthly maintenance activities, secure gateway updates, and annual disaster recovery (DR) drills. Additional responsibilities include providing audit documentation, continuous job monitoring, and managing integrations with tools such as Splunk and ServiceNow.

The role involves implementing and maintaining SAP batch workload automation using Redwood RMJ on SAP systems hosted on SAP Private Cloud (RISE with SAP), while ensuring adherence to quality standards and GxP compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5 + years of hands-on experience in SAP batch workload automation using CPS or Redwood RMJ application.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Redwood tool (RMJ)
• Proficiency in job creation, scheduling, and modification
• Integrating RMJ with SAP and non-SAP ERPs and other public cloud applications.
• Familiarity with RMJ maintenance processes including audit extracts, data retention/purge, Unix Scripting etc
• Experience working with Process Servers and Agents
• Expertise in time window and submit frame
• Design and validate job dependencies and job chain and event types
• Ready to work in rotational Shifts in weekdays and should be able to take on call support during weekend / Holidays

Nice to have Skills:

• Knowledge on integration of RMJ application with Splunk / ServiceNow will be an added advantage
• SAP BASIS administration skill will be an added advantage
