In this role, you will provide general office and clerical support to assist with the office's operational needs. You will assist in supporting our Westfield office one day a week. You will be on your feet for most of the day, moving items, setting up catering, and cleaning up, plus maintaining inventory & filling supplies as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintains correspondence, data files and arranges appointments.
  • Answers questions according to established policies.
  • Prepares and processes forms and reports according to standard procedures, including data entry of items.
  • Types, formats, and disseminates routine documents and materials, and creates correspondence when necessary.
  • Sends, receives faxes, scans and copies materials as necessary. Sorts, files, and maintains materials.
  • Performs various routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 2 years general office experience

What We Prefer:

  • 2 years general office experience
