We are seeking a creative and strategic individual to support the Podcasts business across Central Europe and the Nordics as Partnerships Manager on a seven-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll manage local partnerships in Central Europe (including Germany, Switzerland, and Austria) and the Nordics, supporting publishers and creators of all sizes to maximise their performance using best practice and creator tools. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support local content curation and champion creators across the ecosystem.

Description

Support creators to launch and grow on Apple Podcasts, including onboarding video partners and supporting content launches. Analyse partners’ performance to provide data-driven insights for audience and revenue growth. Field partner inquiries and amplify creators’ marketing efforts, ensuring content quality across the ecosystem. Identify local editorial priorities and collaborate cross-functionally to highlight local creators and cultural moments on platform. Provide clear briefings for design, copy, and operational needs where required.

Minimum Qualifications

Direct experience in the podcasting and/or content creator industry in Europe. Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape, including production processes, content strategy, monetisation and distribution technology. Experience in partnership management, with the ability to develop strong, productive relationships with external partners. A results-oriented, data-driven approach, with high attention to detail and ability to interpret, communicate and act on insights. Comfortable using Numbers and/or Excel. Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting with Keynote.

Preferred Qualifications

German, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language would be highly valued but not necessary.
