What we’re looking for:

• Advanced level of French and English;

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or similar roles;

• Organizational and multitasking ability;

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;

• A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach;

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel);

What will you do:

• Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
• Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
• Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
• Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
• Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
