About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Executive to join our JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) OOH solutions business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in OOH industry , possess a strong understanding of media products and categories, and be passionate about delivering best-in-class client servicing.
This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially driven, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career within the WPP OOH Solutions ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Manage day-to-day servicing for the JLR OOH solutions business.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through timely communication and flawless execution.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective OOH & cinema media recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of responsiveness and service excellence.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across planning, buying, production and operations.
- Work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Track campaign progress and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Ensure timely submission of campaign reports, proof of execution and post-campaign documentation.
Media Knowledge
- OOH & Cinema media formats
- Digital OOH
- Understand automotive category dynamics and premium brand expectations.
- Stay updated on market developments, inventory availability and emerging media opportunities.
Business Development
- Upselling premium inventory
- Cross-selling additional media solutions
- Value-added opportunities for existing campaigns
- Recommend innovative media ideas aligned with client objectives.
Commercial & Analytical Support
- Prepare competitive media plans and investment recommendations.
- Maintain campaign trackers, media schedules and financial reconciliations.
- Assist in negotiations and documentation with media partners.
- Support business reviews with meaningful insights and analysis.

- Bachelors Degree with 2–3 years of experience in Outdoor & Cinema Advertising, Media Agency or OOH Sales.
