About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Payments and Claims Specialist. In this role you will work with our direct customer service teams (Support Partner, Customer Support, Collections, Service Providers and Coordination) and be responsible for accurately completing high volume data processing, updating customer profiles in key systems and providing quality customer and service provider support.
