Corporate Account Manager, Deliveroo for Work

Deliveroo for Work is growing fast in Belgium, and we’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager to help shape the future of workplace food.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of corporate clients and help companies transform how their teams eat at work, from daily employee meals to team lunches and office events.
You’ll work closely with HR, Workplace and Procurement teams
to make Deliveroo their go-to solution for workplace food.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join the Deliveroo for Work business unit, Deliveroo’s fast-growing BtoB solution for companies. You’ll be part of the DfW Europe team and report to the Account Manager Lead for France and Belgium.
You’ll manage a portfolio of corporate clients across Belgium and help them get the most value from the platform.
Typical clients include HR, Workplace and Office Management teams using Deliveroo for employee meals, team lunches and corporate events.

Your missions will include :

  • Account Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients across Belgium and meet stakeholders.

  • Portfolio Growth
    Develop account-specific growth strategies to increase usage and expand Deliveroo for Work across new teams, offices and use cases.

  • Data & Insights
    Analyse usage data and dashboards to identify opportunities, uncover trends and demonstrate value to your clients.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Operations teams to deliver smooth and innovative food experiences for your clients.

  • Product Expertise
    Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by presenting new Deliveroo for Work features and helping them optimise their use of the platform.

  • New Client Onboarding
    Partner with Business Development Managers to ensure new clients are onboarded successfully and have a great first experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining relationship building, commercial thinking and problem solving.
You’ll likely bring:

  • B2B Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing B2B relationships, specifically in partnerships, sales, or account management.

  • Commercial Mindset: A natural commercial attitude with the ability to navigate the corporate world and negotiate at the C-suite level.

  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to use data to tell a story and influence commercial direction.

  • Multilingualism: Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French (preferably) to serve the diverse Belgian market effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who exhibits tenacity and a "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to multitask, manage complex projects, and maintain high attention to detail
