Senior Project Manager

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to sit out of our Dallas office.

THE ROLE

The Senior Project Manager reports to the VP, Projects and assumes the responsibility of managing large volume of HVAC and Refrigeration projects on a national basis.  This is a job for someone who has experience working with a national retailer and overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, implement, analyze, report, and complete various project scopes of work on time, on budget, and on task.
• Work directly with the client as required to meet their needs. Act as a company spokesperson with the client.
• Manage service providers to ensure client’s needs are being met and ensuring that everything is completed per project scope of work.
• Manage subcontractors
• Perpare estimates weith the necessary level of detail for all design stages.
• Prepare take-off
• Build and maintain cost of goods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to build and track budgets/ experience working with financials
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
