Optima Solutions Business Intelligence Lead

As Optima Solutions Business Intelligence Lead, you will lead internal digital transformation by developing dashboards, reports, and Power Platform solutions to support strategic decision-making for the regional leadership team. You will combine data analysis, visualization tool development, team training, and global process standardization. It requires, knowledge of tools like Power BI, and experience in customer plant operations. The goal is to translate needs into technical solutions that improve the efficiency of the Optima Solutions team.

You will report to Optima Solutions Global Process and Standards Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Study, understand region Optima Solutions requirements and give support to the Optima Solutions regional Leadership teams.

• Develop dashboards and reports (PBI, ppt ) for OS regional Leadership team.

• Be a translation between OS Power Apps lead and needs.

• Understand business processes and how Power Platform or other tools can improve them.

• Connect data sources, import data, and transform data.

• Introduce the Apps and report updates to the team and collect the feedback for a improvement.

• Give presentations on data quality in applications for OSLT.

• Propose creative technical and quantitative solutions to problems and lead these through to implementation.

• Conduct training programs for the Optima Solution team.

• Coordinate best practises in field service to share within organization, accelerate Optima Solutions team and promote efficiency.

• Apply global standards.

• Enhance among regions.

• Ensure quality data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics.

• Excellent in for translating data into informative visuals and reports.

• Knowledge on data visualization tools (PBI, ppt, excel) and PPG internal tools (FOCUS, CPU, DEMANTRA).

• Identify opportunities for improvements in data quality, data visualization and data reporting, enthusiastic, and versatile.

• Knowledge for secondary tools (Power Platform or others).

• Fluent English
