Job Description:
We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of embedded vision solutions on edge platforms. This role focuses on developing real-time, efficient computer vision pipelines optimized for microcontrollers and microprocessors across industrial, medical, and aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end vision pipelines (capture → preprocessing → inference → post-processing)
Optimize CNN models using quantization, pruning, and memory-aware techniques
Enable camera interfaces, ISP pipelines, and real-time performance tuning
Collaborate with silicon, tools, and applications teams to influence roadmap
Mentor engineers and drive technical leadership across projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
BS in EE/CS or related field with 10+ years of experience
Strong expertise in embedded systems and computer vision
Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS/Linux environments
Experience with TinyML frameworks (e.g., TFLite Micro) and model optimization
Familiarity with low-power design and hardware acceleration
Preferred
MS/PhD in EE/CS or related field
