Job: Materials Purchaser, Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

Use of Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Providing all basic and auxiliary materials necessary for the operation of the Ltd. according to the authorized purchasing requirements
Preparing purchasing decisions taking into account supply chain optimization, quality-delivery performance and price, active participation in purchasing decisions / conducting price negotiations/
Coordinating and negotiating technical modifications with suppliers
Conducting market research, localizing procurement sources, handling supplier problems that go beyond the scope of logistics procurement
Ensuring the timely procurement of new parts for new customer projects
Preparing price calculations for new customer projects

Requirements:

Knowledge of English and/or German is essential at negotiation level
Experience in large-scale procurement of metals, metal parts and fasteners is an advantage
Experience in procurement or project management logistics, preferably in steel structure manufacturing
Economics degree with good technical knowledge or technical degree with an economic orientation

Negotiation experience
User-level computer skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Mobility, flexibility
