Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in accelerating the business analysis processes within the North EMEA region. With your in-depth market knowledge you'll be able to deliver insight and intelligence to the business leaders to drive profitable growth, strategic investments, and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish reporting and analysis that provides view for strategic decision making alongside the Refinish Country Directors
• Develop processes that deliver efficiency & clarity in commercial finance and sales data, to assist in increased insight into opportunities to drive profitable growth
• Support the business planning process, developing profit plans alongside the Refinish Country Directors and finance teams
• Work alongside finance controllers and business process teams to ensure efficient processes for tracking customer contracts, incentives and associated selling expenses across the region
• Actively work with the Refinish Country Director to ensure commercial business analysis meets the needs of the business and customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years industry experience with at least 3 years related to business and financial analyses.
• An excellent command of the English and Polish languages.
• Critical thinker who can handle complexity and develop and present clear, concise and impactful insights
• Strong work ethic, balancing the needs of delivering commercial finance processes across multiple countries. Quickly able to interpret needs and to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively plans and develops structured processes to support business planning and reporting.
• Networking and social skills to develop relationships with business leaders and ‘sell’ opportunities for profitable growth.
