Job Requirement: Business System Analyst - AEM
Role Summary
We are looking for an AEM Agile Delivery Business Systems Analyst who can support Agile delivery, business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-team execution for AEM and digital platform initiatives.
This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, vendors, InfoSec, compliance, and leadership to ensure requirements are clearly captured, delivery is tracked, and work progresses without delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery follow-ups.
- Manage Azure DevOps boards, user stories, tasks, defects, risks, dependencies, and sprint artifacts.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Coordinate with business owners, developers, QA teams, vendors, API teams, UX, InfoSec, and compliance teams.
- Track milestones, blockers, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables until closure.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, document decisions, and follow up on open items.
- Support UAT coordination and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Ensure required project artifacts are created and maintained, including scope documents, API specifications, architecture diagrams, requirements documents, and status reports.
- Support vendor coordination, vulnerability remediation tracking, risk assessments, and compliance-related follow-ups.
- Maintain clear documentation in Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Prepare project status updates for leadership covering progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Agile delivery coordination, business analysis, or project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tracking tools.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and meeting summaries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across business, development, QA, vendor, security, and compliance teams.
- Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to drive action items to closure.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, CMS platforms, and system dependencies.
- Strong documentation, organization, planning, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Adobe Experience Manager projects.
- Understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, workflows, components, templates, publishing, and content authoring.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, vendor coordination, InfoSec reviews, and compliance tracking.
- Familiarity with PI planning, release governance, UAT, and enterprise delivery processes.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Agile delivery coordination, project coordination, or digital project delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in CMS, AEM, MarTech, SaaS, or enterprise web platform projects preferred.
