How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As the architect of our digital supply chain, you own the governance framework for 13 critical data objects across a global manufacturing footprint. You will serve as the Business Process Owner (BPO) and SimpleMDG Super-User, driving system optimization and data quality while strategically evolving processes

Pay range: $105k - $130k/yr

Bonus: 8% Annually

Travel: 0-5% based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Lifecycle Management

● Initial Setup (Project State): Lead a high-intensity, one-off project to architect the global hierarchy of MDM documentation (L1 Policies to L4 Work Instructions), acting as the PMO lead.

● Steady State (BAU): Transition to periodic annual reviews to ensure documentation remains aligned with evolving global operations.

● Process Engineering: Use SimpleMDG to build automated business rules, reducing manual effort for ~3,000 annual transactions.

2. Performance Management & Data Quality (KPIs)

● GCC Oversight: Establish and monitor a KPI framework such as First-Time Right (FTR) rates, Turnaround Time (TAT), and Data Completeness for the India Global Capability Centre (GCC)

● Automated Health Checks: Design and oversee systematic "Automated Data Profiling" to identify duplicates and errors across core objects.

● Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular QA audits and provide technical training to upskill the GCC team.

3. Global Partnering & Ad-hoc Projects

● Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary MDM contact for plant managers and controllers in Asia and the US.

● Strategic Initiatives: Lead MDM requirements for ad-hoc global projects, including S/4HANA upgrades, new "bolt-on" integrations, and SAP deployments in new geographies.

● Digital Transformation: Provide technical expertise for the evolution of the digital supply chain and legacy data cleansing.

Functional Domain Knowledge

You will deep-dive into the technical configurations of 13 core objects across:

● Operations: Material Master, BOMs, Production Versions, Routings.

● Commercial: Customers, Pricing, CMIR, Credit Master.

● Finance/Procurement: Cost/Profit Centers, GL, Suppliers, PIR.

Are you a MATCH?

Candidate Profile
● Experience: 5+ years in SAP MDM or functional consulting with strong S/4HANA familiarity (SimpleMDG experience is a plus).
● Skills: Proven ability in "Process Discovery"—translating complex technical requirements into repeatable work instructions.
● Mindset: A continuous learner capable of mastering technical dependencies between Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
