Job Description

Compensation: $1,200 USD/month

Time Commitment: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Working Hours: 8:55am–5:00pm EST (or longer as required to get the work done)

Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Location: Remote (US-based hours required)

English Mastery and Working Culture Notice: Native-sounding and command-of-spoken English (and, of course, written English, as this is a role involving writing) is imperative in this role to interact with your U.S. counterparts. We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations Support team member to join our existing Operations team and support the continued growth and scale of our Crisp Recruit client service offering.

 

This role exists for one reason: to execute recurring operational recruiting tasks with speed and precision — freeing up senior operations leadership to focus on strategic growth, systems innovation, and department expansion.

Who You Are:

 

  • You are highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • You execute structured tasks quickly and accurately.
  • You do not need constant direction once a process is defined.
  • You are comfortable working inside Salesforce, Google Docs, Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp, and ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse.
  • You take pride in formatting, clarity, and clean documentation.
  • You understand that speed matters — but accuracy matters more.
  • You are comfortable with repetition and consistency.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in written English.

 

What You’ll Do:

Recruiting Task Execution & Asset Creation

  • Create job postings based on approved intake documents.
  • Draft test assignments and structured interview questions using templates.
  • Format and assemble candidate presentation packets to be sent to clients.
  • Prepare candidate summary documents with clean, client-facing polish.
  • Send interview surveys and candidate follow-up communications.
