Role Title: Frontend Tester – Insurance

We are looking for a Frontend Tester- Insurance to ensure the quality and usability of customer-facing and internal digital platforms for life insurance. You will validate web and mobile applications used across customer, agent, and operations journeys, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant user experience.

Experience

  • 2–6+ years in UI / frontend testing or QA
  • Experience with web and mobile digital platforms
  • Insurance or financial services exposure is an advantage

Technical & Testing Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of responsive web design
  • Familiar with browser developer tools
  • Strong knowledge of test case design, SDLC, Agile, and regression testing

Domain & Tools

  • Exposure to insurance journeys (onboarding, servicing, claims)
  • Awareness of compliance and data privacy requirements
  • Experience with Jira and TestRail

Nice to Have

  • ISTQB certification
  • Mobile testing (iOS / Android) experience
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
