What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and oversee scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound materials
- Verify tickets, shipping documents, and inventory data for accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal partners at the scale
- Monitor daily production and shipment activity, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Maintain scale house records and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency
- Will be backup to QC Technician
What Are We Looking For
- Strong proficiency with computerized scale systems and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Solid understanding of safety practices and operational compliance
- Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Bilingual Spanish, preferred
Work Environment
This role is primarily based in a scale house environment and involves regular interaction with production personnel, drivers, and logistics partners. The position may require extended periods of sitting, use of computer systems, and occasional exposure to outdoor and industrial conditions consistent with an aggregate or materials operation.
