Senior Financial Analyst

*PLEASE NOTE: This role requires the candidate to be in or near Charlotte, NC. In-office presence is required three days a week. Additionally, this position does not offer visa sponsorship.* 

Responsibilities: 

• The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of monthly financial reports, facilitating and maintaining accurate real-time forecasts. This role also plays a crucial part in the annual planning process, maintaining long-term models, and generating relevant, actionable insights into ongoing business trends. 

• Develops, enhances, and maintains financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts in support of various cost centers, including monthly headcount and expense reporting to provide clear visibility into operational costs and workforce planning. 

• Responsible for preparing weekly reporting of performance and underlying business trends, as well as monthly headcount and expense summaries to track financial health and organizational growth. 

• Supports business line management by assisting in the evaluation of new strategic initiatives, including financial modeling, due diligence, and the assessment of potential impacts on monthly expenses and workforce requirements.
