IT Manager Europe – Lead Digital Transformation & AI Innovation

Location: Poland (Poznań) | Scope: Pan-European

Are you a strategic, but hands-on, IT leader with a passion for digital transformation and AI? Do you want to make a tangible impact in an international, growth-oriented organization?

At EcoWater Europe, we are looking for an IT Manager Europe who will shape and drive our digital future.

Your impact

As IT Manager Europe, you will play a key role in leading the digital transformation journey across our European organization. You will oversee IT operations, data strategy, cybersecurity, and system integration, while also identifying and scaling AI-driven solutions that deliver real business value.

You will:

• Define and execute our digital transformation roadmap (data, analytics, AI)

• Lead major IT projects, including ERP evolution and system integration

• Drive standardization of Sales & Marketing systems across Europe

• Ensure best-in-class cybersecurity and IT infrastructure

• Partner with business leaders to align IT with strategic goals

• Build a future-proof IT landscape that enhances performance and customer experience

Your responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Align IT strategy with business priorities and drive innovation

• Project & change management: Deliver complex IT and ERP projects on time and within budget

• Operational excellence: Ensure high system performance, uptime, and user satisfaction

• Cybersecurity: Strengthen and maintain a robust security posture in line with EU regulations (NIS2, GDPR)

• Vendor management: Optimize internal capabilities and external partnerships

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in an international IT leadership role

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a very strong plus

• Strong experience with ERP, CRM, BI (Power BI), and system integrations

• Proven track record in digital transformation and AI implementation

• Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing technology ecosystems

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across countries

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• A hands-on, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
