 As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a SeniorKey Account Manager to our Spanish team – position based in Madrid (Hybrid).  

OVERVIEW 

As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we have created a new position of Senior Key Account Manager Spain, based in Madrid. This role will be instrumental in driving the next phase of business development in Spain and strengthening our local team.  

Working closely with the Product, Marketing, Digital teams and the European Hub, this person will be accountable for driving customer growth and executing the SharkNinja Spain market strategy, with a strong focus on profitable sales growth across the portfolio.  

Reporting to the Sales Director Spain, the Key Account Manager will develop, implement and execute account-specific business plans, promotions and activations across multiple channels.  

What You'll Do: 

  • Build and execute a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets  
  • Act as category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen and Beauty categories  
  • Ensure Shark and Ninja brands are represented in a positive and professional manner  
  • Plan and execute commercial activities across e-commerce, in-store and off-page channels to drive strong sell-out performance  
  • Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company objectives  
  • Manage promotional investments (SOA) to deliver sales growth while protecting margins  
  • Negotiate win-win commercial agreements with retail partners  
  • Analyse market trends, sales performance and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities  
  • Organise and participate in trade shows, retail events and product launches  
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing  
  • Identify and develop new retail opportunities to deliver incremental business growth  
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution  
  • Participate in sales meetings, tradeshows and other company events as required  

What You'll Bring: 

  • Proven Key Account Management experience in Spain  
  • Fluent in English (Spanish native or fluent required)  
  • Strong interest in innovative consumer products  
  • Results-driven with strong negotiation and analytical skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • High level of professionalism and commercial acumen  
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office  
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive decision-making  
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of initiative  
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment  
  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is advantageous  
  • Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience
