Steadily is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles and help scale a fast-growing, Series C company. This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape the trajectory of the business.
We hire top talent nationwide - and you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates across sales, insurance, product, and engineering.
This is a fully in-office role in Overland Park, KS, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, creative outreach, and optimized job postings.
Optimize recruiting channels (job boards, sponsored ads, sourcing tools) to maximize applicant quality and efficiency.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology.
Act as a brand ambassador—get candidates genuinely excited about joining Steadily.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong communicator: Able to build trust quickly and influence candidates throughout the process.
Detail-oriented: High standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow-through.
Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruiting tools, analytics, and systems to improve outcomes.
Self-starter: Operates with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.
Startup mindset: Excited to join an early-stage company and make a significant impact.
