The Senior Manager of Quality Programs is responsible for designing, leading, and scaling quality programs across the product lifecycle—from design and supplier onboarding through manufacturing, market release, and post-market surveillance. This role partners closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded into processes, not inspected in after the fact.

This leader will manage complex, cross-functional programs, translate quality strategy into execution, and drive measurable improvements in product performance, compliance, and consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Program Leadership

  • Own and lead enterprise-wide quality programs (e.g., risk management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives).

  • Translate quality strategy into scalable programs, tools, and governance models.

  • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor program effectiveness and drive accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to embed quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on quality priorities, trade-offs, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Act as a key quality voice in product development, change management, and escalation forums.

Supplier & Manufacturing Quality

  • Support and oversee supplier quality programs, including qualification, performance monitoring, audits, and issue resolution.

  • Drive root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions for internal and external quality issues.
