Job Description:

1. TPA Partnership & Project Management

  • Lead partnership engagement and collaboration with TPAs (e.g., Meditrust Health, Sipai Health, Chenxi Technology, Yuanxin Technology, etc.), commercial health insurance companies (including life insurance, health insurance) and relevant ecosystem partners

  • Explore and drive feasible pathways for integrating J&J IM products into commercial insurance coverage, including but not limited to specialty drug coverage, supplemental medical insurance, and innovative commercial insurance solutions

  • Coordinate with internal relevant teams to drive end-to-end management of commercial insurance partnership projects from solution design, business negotiation to implementation

  • Own end-to-end execution of drug-TPA innovative payment programs, including city supplementary insurance (CSI), commercial insurance direct-pay, and other models

  • Support PMA on product value proposition for CSI listing

2. Innovative Payment Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and explore innovative payment models for patient-centric payment solutions aligned with product lifecycle, models include but not limits to pre-existing conditions insurance, performance-based payment, etc

  • Responsible for overall solution design, partner engagement, project advancement, and implementation of innovative payment programs, ensuring compliance and sustainability

  • Oversee implementation details, track program implementation effectiveness, conduct regular reviews and optimize payment models/ workflows/ settlement mechanisms/operational KPIs, enable subsequent program replication and scaling

3. Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead commercial negotiations with TPAs, defining partnership models, roles and responsibilities, fee structures, and data-sharing protocols

  • Manage full contract lifecycle: drafting, cross-functional review, revision negotiation, execution, and archiving with key internal stakeholders legal/compliance/Privacy/Finance/Sourcing/PAPE

  • Monitor contract compliance, handle amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with Medical, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment and regulatory adherence

  • Provide professional support and advice on commercial insurance and innovative payment to internal teams, enhancing the company's overall capabilities and understanding in the diversified payment field

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical insurance, commercial insurance, and data security regulations to ensure compliant program operations

5. Support TA Access and pricing strategy formulation and execution

  • Establish access tactics framework and blueprint with strategic thinking and strong collaboration ability, develop feasible access strategy & pricing strategy including tailored value story and propositions to advocate brand advantages with unique narrative, not limited to NRDL, IRP, RPS, affordability measures etc.

  • Provide robust and comprehensive access & price assessment on new launches, pipelines and BD products including access model evaluation and recommendation, pricing assumptions, payer value dossier preparation; engage in product R&D and launch stage and give comments from market access perspective to realize successful lifecycle management.

  • Develop price strategy & perform pricing operational management: Conduct pricing related environment analysis including policy environment and market environment; Establish and maintain pricing related policy and competitor price database; perform price forecast, provide insights on long-term strategic development & generate in-depth pricing strategy in line with business needs, facilitate internal commercial evaluation from pricing perspective
