Job Description – Project Manager - Conversation Banking
- Establish and implement project/programme assurance frameworks aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Define and embed risk and control requirements within project plans, governance structures, and risk registers.
- Collaborate closely with 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, compliance, and governance teams to ensure alignment on assurance expectations.
- Proactively identify gaps in controls or governance and drive early mitigation to prevent downstream risks/issues.
- Map key risks to appropriate controls and continuously monitor effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
