Job Description Summary
Executive, Imaging Finance serves as a senior finance leader, lead Imaging finance team to provide strong business partnership and financial support to the relevant commercial and modality GM(s) on enabling strategy development, performance planning and reporting, including (but not limited to) analyzing the market size, pricing and share dynamics, win loss, orders, sales, CM and BC (full P&L) and build viable finance pathway to guide finance and operation team to deliver business results, margin expansion, variable cost productivities, spend improvement actions, as well as process compliance and improvement. This is a critical leadership role, with frequent interaction with global stakeholders, internal and external clients, to drive the modality performance in alignment with expectations.This role reports directly to CFO GEHC Greater China.

Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Partner with commercial and modality GM and management team to deliver operating performance and act as champion for finance and strategic initiatives
- Lead the team to develop operating plans/forecasts/reviews and long-term strategy (3-year Plan).
- Lead modality finance team to oversee all day-to-day relevant modality finance activities, assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
- Drive profitable growth in the modality by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Analyze the overall business and financial dynamics, market climate and business trends to assist modality leaders and company management in setting strategic plans
- Improve process design and process compliance for all aspects of the modality finance workstream, esp. revenue recognition, promotion and campaign development and post event effectiveness measurements.
- Drive Lean. Improve efficiencies and eliminate performance waste, through timely and quality financial visibility. e.g. bowler, dashboard and VC/BC productivity. Actively participate with Operations Management to improve productivity and inventory management.
- Talent development. Guide, coach and develop team to ensure proper succession plan.
Required Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 15 years of business management and financial work experience
2) Masters’ degree, 8 years of leadership experience and commercial management strongly preferred

1) Strong leadership, proven track record to deliver performance expectations with dynamic business leadership in fast speed and various commercial environments
2) Experienced and agile leadership in a highly matrixed environment. Ability to drive change in Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity circumstances 3) Integrity, courage, and growth mindset. Building a learning organization. Accepting and adhering to high-performance moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
4) Excellent communication skills: effective and experienced collaboration with all level of the command chain, cross functions, global and regions, at various level of complex financial requests, verbally and in writing
5) Experience working in a global organization of a complex business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
6)Thorough understanding of business principles and practices; strong knowledge of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP
7) Fluent in English and Chinese
