The Analyst, Commercialization, Warehouse & Logistics Operations is responsible for driving data-driven insights across warehouse operations, managing end-to-end co-packing coordination, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the CS&L Logistics Operations team. This role serves as a critical link between planning, execution, and performance monitoring — ensuring operational excellence in cost, service, and quality.
How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Perform data analytics on warehouse operation-related activities including cost analysis, efficiency tracking, and process reviews
- Automate data consolidation from WMS, SAP, and 3PL reports to reduce manual reporting effort
- Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for operational visibility and decision-making
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on operational issues and present findings with recommended actions
2. Co-Packing & Value-Added Services (VAS) Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all co-packing and value-added services (VAS) to meet service, cost, and quality targets
- Manage end-to-end co-packing execution — encompassing planning, capacity assessment, material readiness, and output delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planned schedules and output targets are met
- Proactively identify risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation plans to minimise disruption
3. KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report on logistics KPIs, supporting data-driven improvement plans and execution
- Lead/support productivity improvement and cost savings initiatives across inbound, storage, picking, despatch, and co-packing operations
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks in connection with continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management

Must-Have
- Communication Skills — Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate ideas clearly and present findings to stakeholders at various levels
- Data & Analytical Skills — Strong analytical capability; proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI; able to perform analytics, build dashboards, and write structured RCAs
- Supply Chain Fundamentals — Basic understanding of supply chain operations including warehouse & inventory management, 3PL management, and inbound/outbound processes
- Attention to Detail — Strong commitment to data accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Adaptability — Able to cope under fast-paced pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in warehouse cost management and operational optimization
- Planning experience — demand planning, co-packing planning, or supply planning
- Industry experience in FMCG or consumer goods (open to other industries)
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SAP
- Project management exposure or experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in managing 3PL
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics
Working conditions
- Hybrid arrangement — split between MY HQ (office-based) and Shah Alam Warehouse (on-site) depending on business requirements
