We are looking for the best talent for "Business Intelligence & Analytics(BI&A), BI Analyst".

 

About this Role;
As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver critical data insights. During business planning periods, you will actively participate in discussions with commercial and leadership teams, supporting data-driven decision-making through patient-based forecasting analyses. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting primary market research in full compliance with internal regulations, as well as analyzing a wide range of secondary market data to generate insights that support strategic development.

What You Will Do:

• Local Business Report Update and Delivery

• Update the monthly business report with the latest data to share with leadership teams and commercial partners.

• Include insights in the deliverables and coordinate any necessary follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Patient-Based Model Operation/ Business Discussion

• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss key assumptions for the forecasting model, incorporating them accurately into the model.

• Perform a comparative analysis to identify changes from the previous business planning model.

• Update the model with the latest data to assess current market dynamics and brand performance.

• Support APAC-Initiated Projects

• Contribute to regionally initiated projects, including:

• Establishing a harmonized forecasting model

• Providing feedback and facilitating harmonized primary market research

• Conducting data validation and user acceptance testing for the newly developed data platform.

• Provide analytical support and work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution and communication across stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the Korean pharmaceutical market and related data

• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred

• Experience in pharmaceutical market research, pharma data analysis, and forecasting modeling preferred

• Proficiency in English preferred

• Strong communication skills and leadership, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

• 통합 예측 모델 구축
• 통합된 Primary market research 관련 피드백 제공 및 촉진 (설문지 개발, 번역 등)
• 새롭게 개발된 데이터 플랫폼에 대한 데이터 검증 및 사용자 교육,테스트 지행

 

우대 자격 사항:

• 한국 제약 시장 및 데이터에 대한 이해가 있는 분 선호

• 최소 3년 이상의 제약 또는 생명과학 분야 경력이 있는 분 우대

• 제약 관련 시장 조사, 제약 데이터 분석, 예측 모델링(포케스팅) 경험이 있는 분 우대.

• 영어 능통자 선호

• 다양한 이해관계자와 효과적으로 협력할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 리더십
