What you bring
- Credit risk, corporate finance, audit or business operations professional with 4+ years experience and proven performance
- Experience with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive successful actions and results
- Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast paced, fast-growth environment
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures to make recommendations to Head of Credit
- Monitor Remote’s credit risk at a portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce credit exposure and losses
- Support development of risk management framework for Remote, maintain risk registry, understand group risks, quantify Remote’s exposure, propose preventative actions
- Develop key policies like Remote’s Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions
