Job Description: 

The Portfolio Marketing Leader defines and leads the enterprise Portfolio Marketing capability within Product & Marketing Operations. This role establishes how the organization wins in the market by embedding standardized positioning, go-to-market frameworks, and sales enablement into a scalable, center-led operating model. Operating through a strong matrix, this role ensures alignment across regions and verticals, translating business priorities and customer insights into consistent global standards, while enabling local execution. The focus is on driving capability, governance, and adoption to deliver measurable commercial impacts. 

AS A SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE PORTFOLIO MARKETING, YOU WILL: 

  • Lead the center-led Portfolio Marketing capability across the enterprise, reporting through Product & Marketing Operations

  • Define, implement, and enforce standard work, processes, and KPIs to enable consistent, scalable commercialization across regions and verticals 

  • Establish governance and operating cadences to integrate Portfolio Marketing into core business planning, GTM execution, and Commercial Excellence operating model 

  • Drive alignment through a matrixed model, influencing Product, Market, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations stakeholders 

  • Translate market, product, and customer insights into scalable frameworks for positioning, messaging, persona development, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement 

  • Build and lead a strong cross-functional coalition to stay connected to vertical priorities, evolving demand, and regional needs 

  • Ensure adoption and consistent application of Portfolio Marketing standards, tools, and frameworks across the organization 

  • Define capability requirements (tools, templates, training, digital enablement) and partner with teams to enable execution at scale 

  • Continuously refine standards and frameworks based on performance insights, Voice of Customer, and evolving business needs 

  • Support the development and evolution of the enterprise sales enablement strategy and associated digital infrastructure (e.g., tools, platforms, data integration) to enable scalable, consistent, and insight-driven commercial execution 

KPIs: 

  • Adoption and adherence to Portfolio Marketing standard work across regions and verticals 

  • Consistency and quality of positioning, messaging, and GTM execution across the enterprise 

  • Impact of Portfolio Marketing frameworks on pipeline quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth 

  • Effectiveness of integration into core operating cadences (AOP, GTM planning, Commercial Excellence rhythms) 

  • Sales and stakeholder feedback on clarity, usability, and impact of frameworks and enablement 

  • Speed and scalability of translating strategy into consistent global execution

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, strategic marketing, commercial excellence, or go-to-market leadership roles 

  • Proven ability to build and lead center-led or matrixed capabilities across regions, functions, or business units 

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with success driving alignment without direct authority 

  • Experience defining and implementing standard work, operating models, and governance structures 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into scalable frameworks 

  • Experience integrating capabilities into enterprise operating cadences and decision-making forums 

  • A strong ownership mindset with a focus on driving adoption, consistency, and measurable business outcomes 

  • Availability to travel up to 25%

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 

  • Experience in Market Management, Product Management, Product & Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing or similar center-led functions 

  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and buyer journey frameworks 

  • Experience building global standards while enabling regional flexibility  

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital enablement tools 

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or capability-building initiatives 

 

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements: 

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
