Team

Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

Role

As a Head of Growth, you will own the scaling of a top priority game app, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the CEO. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further.

You will be onboarded by our Growth Central team to build a deep expertise and own the following scope :

  • Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.

  • Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive).

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.

  • Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Profile

  • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program).

  • 2+ years of experience in a strategy consulting or investment banking firm

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming

  • Genuine interest in Growth, content creation, performance marketing.

  • Autonomous, proactive, high energy and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English.
