Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and the CCAM Cluster Leadership Team.
In this role, you will manage and coordinate a wide range of executive and administrative activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense administration, vendor coordination, leadership meetings, and corporate events.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the General Manager and Regional Leadership Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key priorities.

  • Manage end-to-end administrative and vendor-related processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and payment coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate office operations and administrative services to support business continuity and an efficient work environment.

  • Serve as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and execution of strategic priorities.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense management, and logistics for leaders and employees.

  • Organize leadership meetings, regional reviews, corporate events, and executive visits, ensuring seamless planning and execution.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred or equivalent working experience. ​

  • +5 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably supporting senior leaders.

Skills And Abilities

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparation of reports, presentations, and communications.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring administrative processes are executed end-to-end.

  • Proactive and anticipatory mindset, with the ability to identify needs and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply company policies, procedures, and systems.
