The Role
We're looking for a working student to join our Operations team and take real ownership of how our two offices run day to day. Amsterdam and New York are both active, evolving environments, and keeping them running well directly affects how our team works and how we show up to clients. You'll handle the logistics, spot what's breaking before it does, and bring structure to a team that moves fast. If you like having your fingerprints on how a company operates, this is the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep both offices running: supplies, vendors, shared spaces, and logistics

  • Support onboarding for new hires across Amsterdam and New York

  • Help coordinate team lunches, events, and internal meetings

  • Schedule and prepare for leadership and client meetings

  • Assist with ad hoc operational and HR admin tasks as they come up

Requirements:

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field

  • Available 2 days per week, 4 hours per day, based in Amsterdam

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

  • Clear communicator, written and verbal, in English

  • Proactive: you spot what needs doing without being asked

  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
